How SMART-RV Uses AI
SMART-RV uses artificial intelligence to help organize, search, summarize, compare, and present technical information sourced from real RV technician field cases. AI is used to generate diagnostic protocols, surface relevant case evidence, and structure repair guidance based on symptoms you describe.
AI Responses May Contain Errors
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, incorrect assumptions, or incomplete interpretations. AI responses should be treated as an informational starting point rather than a definitive diagnosis or repair instruction. Users are responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon it, particularly when a procedure involves electrical systems, propane, batteries, structural components, lifting equipment, pressurized systems, fire hazards, or other potentially dangerous conditions.
Confidence Scores and Source Citations
The fact that SMART-RV presents information with a confidence score, source citation, peer-review indicator, or other verification marker does not guarantee that the information is correct or appropriate for your particular RV or situation. These indicators reflect the platform's internal assessment based on available field case data — they are not warranties or professional certifications.
AI Is Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment
SMART-RV's AI-assisted diagnostics are designed to inform, not replace, professional RV service. When a procedure involves potentially hazardous systems — including propane, electrical, structural, or brake components — always consult a qualified RV technician before proceeding. Do not act on an AI-generated response alone when safety is at stake.
Proprietary Use of AI on SMART-RV Data
SMART-RV operates its own AI system trained on and applied to its proprietary technician-sourced field case database. The use of AI within SMART-RV does not grant any license to use, reproduce, or train external AI models on SMART-RV content. All AI-generated outputs produced using SMART-RV data are the proprietary output of SMART-RV and Joe Symmes. See our Terms of Service for full restrictions on content use and AI training prohibition.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SMART-RV and Joe Symmes are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated information provided through the platform. Use of AI-assisted features is entirely at your own risk.
